My first presentation at the United Nations transpired on the 13th day of February, 2024 | AI Constitution by POLINA PRIANYKOVA
I extend my profound gratitude to the organizers and all members of the High-Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence, convened by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, for the purpose of conducting analyses and providing recommendations concerning the international governance of AI.
I express my thanks to all present colleagues, scholars, directors of academic projects, academicians, professors, and researchers, representatives from major corporations and universities worldwide, and all speakers who were present in the UN assembly hall and in the online conference, who attentively and respectfully afforded me, the youngest among them, the opportunity to be heard in an expert milieu within the domain of digitalization.
I warmly thank my parents, family, and friends who believe in me, support, and inspire me towards new victories. Sincere appreciation is extended to my colleagues – lecturers and researchers – everyone who has supported my academic research over the past five years and continues to support me to this day.
I also thank all those who participated in my social experiments and representative surveys in countries of the European Union and in the USA, my students, all my friends and followers, as well as the benevolent commentators on social networks.
This presentation is the result of arduous and meticulous work towards the creation of the First AI Constitution in world history.
This is our collective triumph – to be participants in the discussion and creation of a Global Digital Compact, which shall be presented at the Summit of the Future in September 2024.
The active and persistent endeavor of humanity in regulating a new form of Intelligent Digital Life – Artificial Intelligence – continues!
